Your own Account Manager

We're here for you in many more ways than you'd imagine...

Web hosting can be a minefield in so many ways. Whether it be finding the right host and package for your needs and web site, or knowing your site has the best uptime possible, along with having true round-the-clock support – it can be a nightmare finding the right people for you.

Not only that, but once you’re with a host, sometimes you need more than technical support. Maybe you need some helpful advice about the content of your web site, or you’re confused about who to speak to if things go wrong.

That’s why here at iFuse Hosting, every client is introduced to an Account Manager, whose job it is to ensure that they’re happy with the service in every aspect, and provide a true personal touch to their hosting experience.

Now, we’ve always been renowned for the personal touch and excellent support – but as we’re growing, we’re putting this scheme in place to ensure that stays at the heart of what we do.

So, what exactly does an Account Manager do?

To give you an idea of who you’ll have at your disposal, here is a description of the role:

How much dedication can I expect from my Account Manager?

True, 100% commitment. Our Account Managers don’t necessarily work normal office hours – it’s definitely not a 9-5 job. It takes passion and commitment, and you’ll have their direct email address and other means of contact as you build a relationship.

Do I really need one?

That’s entirely up to you. When you sign up to our service, or if you’re already a customer, you’ll be introduced to your Account Manager who will tell you what they can do for you. Whenever you need them, pop them an email.

What don’t Account Managers do?

Well, they’re not around 24 hours per day like our technical support. But they are there for non-urgent enquiries and a means to build a relationship with the firm.

In addition, any technical issues where possible should be put through the support desk facility so we can ensure things get done as quickly as possible.

How much do they cost?

They’re absolutely free with any of our packages.
